Hector - I checked the video and from what I understand he wants the chat widget to removed and it needs to appear in the form format when someone clicks on the bottom right icon. Please confirm.

Yes, Chris would like you to add a side form to the CS pages and remove that annoying chat pop ups. We are going to disable it for these particular pages.
We are also going to add some additional before and after photos to the page.
whitney.zelig@gmail.com and Vania will need to talk to them about the offer to see what pop ups and graphics we are going to use. 
Chris would also want to use some of our graphics that are more effective on these pages. 

We also need to make ONE Laser Hair Removal page since client has 5 now - one for each location. 
Instead, we will send traffic to one and put the other ones in a drop down which will ask which location they are interested in. 
In any event, I will let you know once Whitney has completed onboarding and provides us with access.

The campaigns CS are live already I believe.

yeah campaigns shouldn't have been launched yet Hector  i think the client did that.

You are correct, when he re-activated the account, he enabled all the campaigns he had as well. 
I had paused all the other campaigns a few minutes ago. I've have also paused the CS campaigns until we get the issues mentioned above resolved.
