I have Isaac looped in below to fix the contact form. We need to combine the location-specific landing pages into one page. We want the content for the combined page to be CoolSculpting Elite, with all the badges and whistles, please. Page will also need a pop-up. All CS ads for this client will start running to this page in the future.

I will have Charmae connect a pop-up to this page. The floating mobile tracking # is already placed. I have one question though- should we remove the location-specific LPs from the menu and this one will take over? Or keep all on the menu and just make Coolsculpting clickable to this new page?

Shane just let me know that when you submit the form for some locations, instead of directing to the confirmation URL it just gives a success message in the form. We won't be able to track these leads - let's get them all to a confirmation page.

Emily, Medstar Emily sorry been catching up. Isaac will be better suited to investigate why that might be happening. I couldn't replicate it. It could have something to do with the type of lead test he used. Can we find out what info he used to fill out the forms?

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you look at Emily's comment and see why this might be happening? I tested the locations on the forms and it worked for me. Maybe you will have to test if you don't mind. I suspect the credentials used caused something to be blocked in the submission, at least that is usually the case in these situations. Thank you!

Please ask him to do a new test from a different network with real details. If he still sees the same issue. Please ask him to share the page url and form location that he submitted. Thank you.
