Okay so the ads have gone down now. It seems that their primary payment method needs to be verified. I tried changing the primary CC on file but Google still wants it verified. 

Let me see if I reach out to the client.

Okay so I went ahead and made a direct $500 payment and added the other CC as primary. That got the ads back up and running. We are live again.
