How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Apex Dermatology (MS) - 256-821-3496. The verification process needs to be started by April 15th, 2024. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. Below are the 
details of the documents we will need.

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 
  • Driver's License - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color  ** See sample below**
  • State ID - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color 
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
Google uses this information for verification, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We may ask you for additional info, if necessary. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so I can help you take care of it.

Please be advised that we only have until April 24th to complete the advertiser requirements. After that, your Google ads
account will be restricted and the ads paused.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  they are ending their contract with us the end of the month therefore they won't have ads running in that google ads account anymore. I advised them they should still proceed with verifying the account. am I correct in recommending that?

Whether or not they are going to be working with us has nothing to do with them verifying their Google ads account. So yes, you are totally correct in recommending that. 
Sooner or later if they plan to run ads on Google, they will need to do this regardless.
