I am updating my own personal Callrail and Secret shopper list. We have tons of new clients and since Melissa Weed took over, I stopped adding new ones. I am also going to make a video for Lisa with a step by step guide from beginning to end on the 1st phase, then another on the 2nd phase of the call.

Whitney, I have not received anything from them besides an email. 
However, I am using 3 separate cellular phones with several different accounts; each with different area code phone numbers. 
Since I have been doing so many Sshop calls this week, I have to switch number accounts and back and forth. 
It could be that they called me today and since I was not logged into the Phone - 720--574-6748 account, I may not have seen it. 
I did call the number from another one and even though I was not logged in, the call is still showing. 
Please let me know if you want to try them again just to be 100% sure before we send them a report.
