Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - I think the error was due to the confirmation pages being deleted and the new confirmation pages not linked to the forms or a cache error on the new confirmation pages linked to the forms because it redirected to the deleted ones. I have updated the lead notifications on all forms and restored the deleted confirmation pages but with the updated version to fix the error. I tested the forms a few times and I think it's good now
