Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel are you using a VPN?
Some clients or hosting servers have certain IPs from VPNs blocked. 
If you are using one, try changing it. If not, then try doing it with a VPN.

Not sure why you guys are having problems.
My guess is this hosting company is blocking out of the US ips.
I just logged in again without an issue. Made a video.

try using a VPN with US IPs to see if that works for you.

If that is the case then that means Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel will not be able to make any changes either correct?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  - If you can. Please get on a call with him to find out how to upload the new images/files through the portal as he said he would prefer that. 

I already requested him to provide us with the SFTP access but he denied it.

I also don't think we would be able to connect the forms on their system with any third party service like a lead sheet or highlevel. I asked him to confirm this but didn't get any response from him on this.

Not sure what happened to these people since it seemed like they would not mind providing us access at the beginning. 
These type of clients are the worst since they want us to do miracles for them but they do not trust us with basic access. 
Vania, I am not sure I understand the sense of them running ads on Google and FB if we cannot even set up a leadsheet for them. 
Keep us posted on your Monday meeting.
