The image is ok. Mobile is most important, and we had to compress images for web speed so the desktop is a little less crisp.
Please also add it to the Injectables section of the homepage with this blurb:

I logged into the clients GSC and provided URL https://azul-medspa.com/lip-fillers/ to be inspected, crawled and requested that it be indexed. Verified that it is now on Google indexed.
