In a campfire chat, Whitney mentioned that she wants to move away from Callrail due to their issues with conversion call tracking.
She mentioned looking into app - What Converts -
I will do my homework on it and wait for her to respond on Campfire about this to see what she wants to do with new Callrail accounts.

Whatconverts.com is actually way cheaper than Callrail as a whole.
I would have to read the fine line in the contract to be completely sure.
But we are paying on average about $500 plus for all call rail accounts.
What Converts is $200 a month for unlimited accounts. Not sure if they charge for extra phone numbers like Callrail does.
Here is a screenshot of their pricing and plans.
Altogether, we will get 67 local phone numbers.
I am seeing that they charge for:
Additional Local Numbers - $1.50 each.
Additional Local Minutes - 3.5ยข ea.
Shane, are the minutes they charge for incoming calls or what?
How do they go about the minutes?
If you don't know, I will look into this later anyway.
Which are the clients or companies on Callrail that are having trouble with call conversion tracking?

Right now we are paying 800 for callrail, so if we can get something similar that works better I would say let's do it.
So we need to first drop the numbers of several clients on Callrail and close out their companies. Otherwise, we will be paying $860 plus on Callrail next month again... and whatever charges are accrued by WhatConverts.
It takes a few weeks for the number to be removed by Callrail and not charged to our account.
Chris and us will need to decide what companies to disable on Callrail so we can then add them to what converts.
I suggest we disable those that are causing us problems with call conversion tracking.
Or removed from Callrail based on call tracking issues?
Can we pick like 5 higher budget clients to test WhatConverts with before we agree to marry them?
We have to disable a few other companies as well before we push fwd with what converts.
Our Callrail is up to $860 a month now.
