Created new GTM-56397VP for client {Azul Medspa}
Added optinMonster tag and added code to container. 
Published and set to live. Added other team members as 
ADMIN, sent invites. 
Will provided GTM code to team for insertion on site. 
Updated all tasks and client spreadsheets.
