Yes, they have had a payment issue on Google ads with that CC for a few months now. 
Both their Checking account and CC are being declined. 
But almost weekly, I keep making direct payments for them which has helped avoid their ads from being shut off.

Chris says that the Hydrafacial campaign was on. I thought you turned it off or paused it last week?

It paused on 8/23. There was a hiccup in the script that probably brought it back. I'll keep an eye on it.
