Is there a way for the client to easily place these (after you do it this first time), by themselves so they can update it when needed and to reactivate the current "no specials at this time" when there are no specials? Can you make a video? Are there any recommended dimensions I can give the client for the future? Thank you!

My recommendation for the image width is not bigger than 1080px and I recommend JPG rather than PNG because it's lighter.
Here's a video guide on how to change offer image or enable section with "No Offer at This Time" text. It's really simple. I am sure they will know how to do it, but I am here if they have any questions.
