Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector it's because this task was closed in BC3 before ClickUp migration took place. Migration started after October 23, 2023. We should be creating new tasks in ClickUp instead of opening up old ones in Basecamp or even in ClickUp.

This one would have needed to be created in the Client Management One-off Team request board. I created this task there and closed it so we have it logged in ClickUp. Please create new tasks in the future instead of opening old ones.
