Hi Everyone, 

My name is Jasmin, RN. I've been working to develop Belle Vie's brand and can answer these questions!

Was somebody asking for branding information? I can't find it on this thread of emails but I can answer some questions to help guide design branding.

1. Besides the town/city your spa is located in, are there any surrounding areas you would like to rank for? For example, a client located in Southlake (a suburb of Dallas) Texas, would like to rank for Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as Southlake.Cerritos: Our city/towns to rank for would be 562 area (closest Cerritos, Artesia, Downey, further away Long Beach, norwalk, seal beach, los alamitos, Cypress, la palma, fullerton whittier)

Costa Mesa: 714 area code, closest Costa Mesa, newport beach, huntington beach. Further, santa ana, anaheim, orange, fullerton, buena park, garden grove, westminster, irvine, brea, fountain valley, tustin, la mirada, tustin, irvine, laguna beach

2. Has your facility received any awards or recognitions? Is there anything you can think of that may distinguish you from your competitors? (i.e. a luxury facility, the experience or training of the treatment provider, etc.)We are owned by Allergan trainers, we are a black diamond Allergan provider (top 0.1%), part of the second highest account in the entire nation, 5 star yelp review for the time we have been open (since 2011), our medical providers have a combined 50 years of experience. 

3. CoolSculpting Technologies: Do you have the new CoolSculpting applicators? Do you offer dual coolsculpting?To my knowledge cerritos has all the coolsculpting applicators, Costa Mesa doesn't have petite or smooth. Cerritos offers dualsculpting, costa mesa doesn't.

4. Do you offer any discount (or promotion) for first time CoolSculpting patients? (Many facilities offer a 25% discount for new CoolSculpting customers.)We do not offer a promotion for first time coolsculpting patients, but we do have a $500 off 6 cycles this month.

5. Do you have a slogan, tagline, or phrase that you’ve adopted at your facility? Do you have one specifically for CoolSculpting?  (i.e. “fear no mirror” or “sculpt yourself skinny” or “become the best version of yourself,” etc.)Belle Vie's slogan is "Belle Vie makes life more beautiful"We don't have one specifically for coolsculpting. Maybe "We help people discover their beautiful" or "spend your life in a body that makes you happy" ?

6. I will write an extensive overview of CoolSculpting, focusing on the most searched terms and keywords. But are there any particular details you would like to include or emphasize in your copy?We currently have four Coolsculpting experts (me, Marissa, Emily, Summer) with a combined 15 years of experience and thousands of patients treated.
