*** Bloom Health called me back in less than 10 minutes. They called at 9:19 AM and left me a text at 9:20 AM from nurse Shadi.
However, no confirmation or any kind of email received from them as of yet.

Got it.. Last time I used a 201.
I thought keeping it local might of been a better idea.
On another note: It appears that they have a problem with their automated system. More than 36 of 51 calls resulted in callers hanging up before the phone reached the receptionist. You have to bring this to their attention when you speak to them. I marked it HIGH PRIORITY in the report.

  • Two - Their problem with leads coming in and they are not responding to them.
