I don't believe there is an issue with GMB, but I'll look into it and get back to you. This isn't a client I've worked with much.

Just to confirm, she used the exact term "botox" correct? And do you know where she was searching from?

Ok, I hadn't heard of "trap botox" before so I had to look it up. Is it when you inject botox into the neck/trap muscles to relieve pain?

Michael that's correct, and because of the large amount of tox needed, it can run up to 1500 / session.

I agree. There's certainly potential there, and that also explains why she wouldn't show up for a search for "trap botox." We don't mention it anywhere on her GMB or her website.

Pretty hard to rank for a keyword that's never mentioned on our site or profile. If she can verify she offers that service we should definitely add copy to the site promoting it.

Nicol  let me know if Teresa verifies which location(s) she offers Trap Botox at, I'll be sure we get a mention added to her GMB as well. 

Nicol  I don't have Botox down as a focus for Body Morph. And looking through all of our content records, we have never done content on Botox outside of the service page so I think that may have something to do with why she isn't ranking. If she wants to rank for trap botox, I will add a section specifically targeting that treatment area onto the service page to begin bringing in traffic for that and we can begin brainstorming some content ideas around that specific Botox treatment area. Just let me know!

Kamie Michael I agree trap tox wouldn't come up but my actual concern is that she doesn't come up for searches for what we do have in her GMB, like Orbera. See the screenshots I posted above in notes. 
I did a few more tests like Orbera and didn't see her come up for any services but maybe, it is just my location and IP regardless of my using the gs location changer tool. 

I agree. Her GMB presence isn't where it needs to be and needs to be focused on until we see improvement. I just want to make sure that the keywords she's looking at are realistic for us to rank for. If she keeps searching for kws that we'll never rank for that can negatively impact her opinion of our abilities. 

Brittany can you give extra focused attention to GMB for both locations for this client? Especially service descriptions, bio, & QAs.

Michael can you give Brittany directive and strategy to improve the GMB presence since she manages updates like that? The best kws and keyphrases to include, etc.

Also, when you have time, please review this document and advise if we need to revise it to improve Medstars operations around GMB management. I gave you editor access. Please mark up/comment with any of your suggestions.
