I am seeing that this client's  Google ads MS | search | prospecting | fl  cost per is $588.37 in the last 14 days. 
It then drops to $291.77 last 7 days which is still pretty high. 

I am also seeing that this cost per holding steady for the month. However, it is almost half of what the conversions cost for NY campaigns. 
Any insight?

It almost doubles the last 7 to $613.40.
