I have created a new GMB account for them.
Since there's an account with that address, Google is sending Dr. Lantin a Postcard with a code to verify it.

No worries. I took care of it.

I went ahead and created a new Google My Business page for client {BodyMorph MD}. Named it "Body Morph MD - Yonkers". Used website - https://bodymorphmd.com/ and address - 1086 N Broadway #50, Yonkers, NY 10701, -. Added all the pertinent criteria and information. Updated tasks and client spreadsheet with new info, provided access to support to connect it our accounts.
I am waiting for it to be set to live.

After receiving email and phone call from Dr. Lantin about her reviews disappearing, I had to explain the situation and why she cannot combine all reviews from 3 different locations into one. I also noticed that we no longer had access to their Yonkers location. I went into the account directly and added us again.
I then went ahead and created different QR codes and reviews links for her. Tested each each one.. Sent Doc one for each location.
