- All ads would need to mention Orbera by name, include appropriate claims, and fair/balanced language around safety. The exact inclusion of this language depends on the medium selected (e.g. social media with character limits can be slightly different than a print advertisement). I would work with you to incorporate this in the chosen medium.
- We have an online repository of creative that can be edited/used here: http://apolloresource.wpengine.com/
- These resources generally have appropriate claims, but the final creative may need to have additional safety information incorporated as part of a co-marketing campaign requirement. For example, boosted social posts can have a caption that say βfor full safety information, visit [your website]β
- We would ask that the website used to direct traffic have the full patient booklet in an easily discoverable location while the campaign runs:
- βFor full safety information, download the Orbera Patient Information Bookletβ (Whitney has already done this; thanks Whitney!!)
- Performance metrics around the program would be requested at regular intervals β calls/inquiries, consults, and procedures booked from the marketing campaign during this time period. I have a very simple form I would send for completion at the 30, 60, and 90 day intervals for completion.
Melissa Zelig completed this to-do.
