✔ Issue with Double Leads on Sheet

There appears to be an issue with the
Gastroenterologyofwestchesterllc.com Leadsheet
The same leads are showing up twice, three and sometimes 4 times.
There's a double submission issue.
Can you please check to see what is going on?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I just tested the form and only one submission came in leadsheet.

It seems that this guy submitted the form four times over two days time. Time stamp is different on each submission.

I have the same guess for other duplicate leads.

We should redirect the form to a confirmation page where it says clearly that their submission has been submitted successfully and someone from the clinich will get in touch with them shortly.

I am not seeing any issue in the ZAPIER API or GF settings that would cause duplicate submission to leadsheet and that also for on differnt random time.
