Dr. Lantin cannot show me proof that "leads from the Medstar app are not showing up in Patient Now". I requested that I get on a zoom where she share her screen. She send me the login so I can look into it on my own, instead. I only have apple device and android phone. Neither seem compatible for PN as it requires an apple phone, tablet, or PC with windows.
First, would you please check this integration as you likely already have access to her PN?

would we be in any sort of hippa violation logging into her PN account in this capacity? I assume not but, I do not know.

Please ask them to share the PatientNOW web portal login URL and also confirm them if they recently made any changes in the POI IDs in their account.
If they made changes they likely did so by accident. I doubt they are tech savvy enough to have created a customization for themselves.
Sorry for being not clear. I was referring to the login URL where will be input the username and password. Every client gets their own unique login URL from them.
I asked Dr. Lantin once more for the URL to log in, but she hasn't responded and is currently worried about the phone call set-up that she says is not working. I reminded her that you had opened a ticket and that we were waiting on the resolution after further looking into the matter w/ the support team.
