I personally have not seen a PHONE Number from them to call in all the inquiries I have done thus far. 
You mentioned in one of our meetings that you have talked to Google before and they are good. Perhaps you can call that number and have them transfer you over or something. 
I see no phone number, only appeals links. 

I called them. They suck. quoting me 3-5 business days- but we need to submit a ticket individually for cliffside laser ( same thing- just their ID)

Welcome to my world where I have believed Google stinks for years. 
I believe when I first filled out the form - for Cliffside - I did not include their ID, as ours was already added to the form. I found it on the Aura Derm the second time around and added it. I will fill out another one with the Cliffside to see if that works. More than likely, since both campaigns have same Keywords, CC, the results are the same. 
Let me do so now anyway just to cover our selves.

Unfortunately, google owns us all. And not a damn thing we can do about it. I'm sure they are reading this as I type right now. Hi google. haha

We should think about consolidating all the accounts medstar is paying for. I think this will be an ongoing issue and Google Ads support is a farce. 

So we would make a separate ad account? 

There is a Medstar Media account. We could run all campaigns from there. 

The only issue is- after their 3 month contract with BTL they might switch over to paying the ads themselves- So whichever you think is better for that. 

That makes things a bit messy. We can do their own account. But if Medstar is going to pay for a client's ads indefinitely we should probably do from one account.
