I have just noticed that this client's Google ads account has been suspended.. it is because the account violated the Circumventing systems policy.
Shane, what can we do for something like this? Is this our fault or the client's?

Can you please follow up on this? I need to know how to move fwd and what to tell the client. I also do not want to appeal this without hearing from you first.

It's already been resolved. These things happen a lot for no reason. 

Chris said this happens when they use the same CC on two different accounts. 
I deleted their other CC and added a new one. Do you think that may have been the reason?

I'm not sure. Did someone on your side submit an appeal?

I did not want to do so until I heard from you since you know more than we do about this. I did however, delete another CC they had and added a new one. That seemed to have done the trick.

Yesterday I noticed that this client Google ads account 
Body Morph Medical Weight Loss Services PC 321-928-4215
had a payment issue and owed more than $1.2K balance so I made a direct payment of $500, it went through. I made another this morning of $500. 
Whit, we may need to contact them about it, but so far, direct payments are going through.

Google ads Body Morph Medical Weight Loss Services PC 321-928-4215 for this client are now paused due to a payment issue. They now need to verify their payment method as Google is no longer content with direct payments. 
I will send email to client and call her now.

I got a hold of Dr. Lantin and she provided me with a new CC.. I then went into her account directly and updated the form of payment, I got the ads back on for her. 
Whit, Dr. Lantin said she wanted to go over the Orbera spending and that she has some other new services she wants to promote. I told her we will follow up in an email. I will CC you on it.
