Okay.
The problem is that the phone number is not working. I just got an email from the Doctor stating as much. I also tried calling, number not good.
I am not sure how you can gauge a response from someone you are secret shopping if the number they are supposed to call you back on is not working?

Did you ever finish a Secret Shopper report for Bodymorphmd?

That’s weird I tested it and it was fine. Yeah that’s problematic if they can’t get a call through. Looking over my notes they did try and emailed and text.
