Notes
Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac
I am testing this page: https://bodymorphmd.com/events/

and have gotten two email responses (below). Which one is coming from this form fill?

I want this RSVP to have a unique response. Are you able to create a workflow for that without changing the email responses from other pages?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - The first one is from GHL and the second one is from this client's RAMP account.

Yes. We can create a separate automated text for the RSVP leads. Please add the text/email templates and I will connect the event form to them.

Quick QuestionS for you.

On the events page we only have on location image but on the confirmation page we have two different location graphics?

Also in the form we are giving an option to the user to choose b/w two different locations but in the automated text it's only one location?

# I will check for the speed.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa   - Can you please assign the dev that helped us upload the images on this event page and also it's confirmation page to manually resize and compress them?

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa Jazzy Moore Jazzy  - I couldn't find this task in clickup. Can you please share the link if it is already transferred?
Alyssa Workman, Medstar
Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac this task was not transferred to ClickUp yet. I will put in a request for the developer to update the images as a new task request.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol can you let Isaac know about his questions in this comment? Would like to complete this task here if possible.
Isaac Klausnser, Medstar OK. Thanks

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac the event page was changed to have only one location because the client said her patients were getting confused about where she was holding her most recent event, Beauty and Bubbles. So we made it for one location only.  I should have known that I needed to task out the change to the confirmation page as well... I always forget to implicitly say this in a task - assuming that a developer will always change the confirmation page to match the main page... they do not always do this step!

This event has passed, anyways. The client hasn't requested this be pulled down. I will ask her.

Does that answer the question?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol -

For the confirmation pages. I think Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa or Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany can instruct our devs so whenever they have been assigned to make any content changes to the main page (service, event or any other general) if that page(s) have a dedicated confirmation page. The same changes also needs to be made there. In clickup we can add this step to a checklist so even if one of our dev misses the instructions mainly in the beginning while marking the task as completed. We will be able to easily catch it.

For the location field or any other changes that needs to be made in the forms or popups on the main page as per the new updates from the client. I think you will need to manually put in the instructions for them.
Alyssa Workman, Medstar
Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol yes PMs and auditors are responsible for helping be sure these changes are implemented on the landing page and confirmation page.

I will help with updating templates when new requests come through like this, but it doesn't hurt to add a reminder when the request is tasked. I will also send a reminder to developers because they should know automatically to do this and have received reminders previously.

Yes, the changes in the location field or other changes will need to be specified instructions that are manually entered.

I am awaiting client response on what to do with this event page. Once I get that response, I will create a new task on click up. Thank you Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa and Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac
