Jessica  , were you able to get hold of Dr. Alexander's wife for Front Desk Training? Or anyone at all? I am going based on the notes in CAG spreadsheet.

Alyssa yeah actually! So they replied and said that they have a whole staff turnover coming in mid-May, because they use interns. So if we train now, we're going to lose everyone we trained apparently? Not sure how to proceed, need to talk to  Vania  about it on our meeting today

Hi Ladies! Dr. Alexander just texted us in Chris' GHL sub-account: 

"We have an entirely new internship crew of 4 coming in end of May so no reason to do training before then. Any way we can still launch the website this week? We can put podium on the site which we utilize all the time or you can show us briefly how to use your texting system. Just don't want to wait until June to get the website up because May should be a pretty big month I would imagine. Thanks!"

Oh gosh. I would say that they should get trained with whoever they got right now, then. We can just retrain later. Vania  lmk if you agree and I will go text them back. Boy oh boy aha!!

Jenna Vania's got an Onboarding and a Front Desk training tomorrow afternoon so that's probably not gonna work. Let me touch base with her and see what she can do sometime soon. -- Jessica

"Working on getting the Podium added today. They just need the login to the new website so they can add the Podium link. Please just text me the login information as soon as you can and hopefully we can get that done today. Thanks."
