How are you?

I see that you may be aware that Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. Just in case, I am sending this notification. ** See screenshot below **

The verification is for your Google ads account - Non Surgical Spine Center 935-907-2709. The verification process needs to be completed soon. Otherwise, your ads can be paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that someone from traciejane@yahoo.com has already begun the verification process for you. That means the business part of your company is now verified. However, we still need to verify your organization. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with one of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  •  Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account phillip@digicoagency.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can also send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Since I have extensive experience with verifying these accounts, I can handle it for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

I received the documents from this client. I also went ahead into their account and updated all of the information to match that found on them. I added other info, submitted documents for review. I sent client an email to let them know we should be hearing back from them soon.
