On the homepage, please delete this paragraph:

Then replace the About Us photo (the one of the building) with the photo of the doctor above. So once you are done, the section in the screenshot above will be gone, but most of its content (except the paragraph I want removed) will be in the About Us section of the homepage.

Please delete Care Credit from the footer.

Please update the address on the site to:

On the home page, under the About Us section, can you place a header under the new content you will place under the About blurb that says "5 Star Reviews" and include these review sites and link them accordingly. Just the logos and links, not the write a review column on the left.
