But also there was supposed to be a little info on how they do the QWO differently with the pre-procedure steps and that's why he thought this wasn't the original content

I thought I forwarded an email with a blurb about some items he wanted to be included for the Qwo content? But that was weeks ago so I can't be sure now. Can we just add some lines real quick about Boston Direct Health's approach/guidelines to minimize post-procedure bruising with Qwo?

Coach clients to not use NSAIDS (ibuprofen, advil, motrin, etc) for 1 week prior and 1 week after the procedure, add arnica tablets starting 2 days prior procedure and continue for 1 week after, wearing compression underwear such as spanx 2 weeks after procedure, ice for 10 minutes - three times a day for 2 days then switch to heating pads until bruising gone, light massage with arnica cream of treatment area each day until bruising resolved. In the event that skin staining occurs, prescription strength topical steroids are prescribed to resolve skin discoloration.

How to Prep for QWO Injections with Boston Direct Health (Add after The QWO Cellulite Treatment Experience Section)
 
Boston Direct Health prides itself on providing the most exceptional QWO experience in the Boston area. We ensure each patient is fully prepared for the procedure beforehand so they may have the most comfortable, enjoyable visit and achieve optimal cellulite reduction results. These guidelines help minimize any bruising or discoloration at the injection site.

Before your procedure, we recommend that you take oral arnica tablets 2 days before the procedure. We also advise patients to continue taking arnica tablets for up to 1 week after QWO injections. 

In addition, we strictly advise patients to stop using all NSAIDs for 1 week before the procedure. These include Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, etc.

Aftercare (Add after QWO Results Section)
 
Patients should continue to avoid taking NSAIDs for another week following the injections. In addition, continue taking the arnica tablets for a week. We also advise patients to wear compression underwear like Spanx for 2 weeks after the procedure.
 
To make your aftercare more comfortable, we recommend icing the area for 10 minutes 3 times a day for 2 days and then switching to a heating pad. Patients can continue to do this in addition to a light massage with arnica cream each day afterward until the bruising is gone. In the event any skin staining occurs, we prescribe topical steroids to resolve this issue.
