can you please look into why the 2nd and 3rd text automations are not going out for this account?
It seems client made either of the below update for this contact.
Moved the lead to pipeline stage - services sold or in conversation or consult scheduled
or
updated the opportunity status to lost or won or abandoned.
Is 2nd attempt accidentally triggering an end to the workflow?

Unfortunately the execution logs just shows the workflow name but not the trigger name in it. I can't think of anything else. All looks good in the settings.
