I just saw an email from Crystal saying the follwing:

Hello,
 
I know when we spoke yesterday the phone number on the website was linking to my cell phone. However, I just had a patient call and apparently now it’s my cell phone number on the website or somehow she pushed the button and it came through to my cell phone directly and without the prompt that I have a new lead. I need someone to click correct this immediately so as to not get these phone calls on my personal cell phone. It also was a horrible look to the patient as I answered the phone hello and she asked if it was Boulder Valley laser, and cosmetic. Is there a way to get this corrected immediately?

Hey team Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector Emily, Medstar Emily Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol this has been updated in GHL. 

No change in the GHL tracking # as of now. The number that was updated is the forwarding number. 

When the GHL tracking number changes I will be sure to notify CSM, Shane, and Hector. Everything is forwarding to the 303 office number.
