Neck Lift- I do Deep plane and more superficial SMAS neck lifts- depending on the patient and their individual needs- I.e. they are not all Deep plane neck lifts in my practice. I wouldn’t say that neck lifting changes the way that shirts fit, but I would say that it creates a refreshed/ more youthful contour of the neck and helps tighten laxity of the neck tissues. Also, Under “what to expect” I don’t remove and rarely have to address the salivary glands, nor do I regularly to any chin implant or chin bone work. What I do is release tension in the deeper structural tissues of the neck and then reposition these tissues (above and below the muscular layer) in a way that re-establishes a more youthful neck and jawline contour. Under “how a lift works” please take out the word “slightly”- it is much more advanced then a mini or superficial lift. Under FAQ’s. It absolutely does address submental looseness and sagging and is potentially appropriate for anyone at any age. Take out the reference to a “thicker neck profile”- most of our patients do not have this issue, and replace with “exhibit laxity or sagging of the neck structures and tissues.”Profractional- Under highlights, I would say “back to work” in 3-7 days depending on the depth of the treatment. Under the what it treats box, I would add sun damage and brown spots/discolorations, under duration I would add results can last months to 1-2 years. Profractionals can be uncomfortable even with the topical anesthetic so I would take that part out. Under FAQs you have Otoplasty written- not Profractional. Again, I would be careful about saying “minor discomfort” under the question of what it feels like- I would say that discomfort varies depending on the depth of the treatment and an individual patient’s experience.Otoplasty- I can do most otoplasties in the office under local anesthesia. Please take out the sentence about pain meds. I don’t worry about people sleeping on their backs because I have them wear a headband or bandage to be for 4-6 weeks to make sure their ears don’t get bent the wrong way while they sleep during their initial healing phase. The last sentence on the page is about eyelids/blepharoplasties, not ears.Blepharoplaty- under “why people need blepharoplasty” the last sentence says blepharoplasty reduces (please add the words "hooding of the eyelid skin” after reduces), otherwise this sentence doesn’t really make sense. Under “results” please change the second sentence to say that you will start to see results and improvement as early as a few weeks after surgery but the full results will be realized in 2-6 months. please take away the phrase “if you have any’ in reference to scarring- everyone has some scarring (almost always minimal and unnoticeable). Under after care, blurred vision and double vision are relatively uncommon. Puffiness, swelling, bruising are common, and pain and discomfort are usually pretty minimal as well. My patients can take Advil / ibuprofen as in addition to Tylenol- so please move those from the ‘don’ts’ to the ‘do’s’.
Web dev only edits:
Emsculpt - at bottom of page I would say 4-6 treatments (Brittany Handled)
Reconstructive surgery- Please take out all references to breast surgery and breast cancer (even in the FAQ’s). for seection of photos as reference -- either put some up from demo or, hide section.
Otoplasty- Please change over 15 years experience to "over 20 years of experience" (Brittany Handled) Since the reconstructive surgery page was unique content, can you rework the document so we don't lose the word count? We need to remove any reference to breast surgery or breast cancer.
Kamie
Can you please go through this page and remove any mention of breast surgery or breast cancer?

For this section should we just hide or delete the entire section?
For this paragraph - should it be
Reconstructive surgery is an intricate procedure that directly addresses specific issues due to trauma and injuries. In addition, reconstructive surgery is also an excellent option for restoring concerns that are caused by disease or injury, and is a good option following a partial or total mastectomy after a battle with breast cancer.

"Here are the rest of the website page edits Continuing from where I left off the list from your original email here..
Please write lines to include upper lid blepharoplasty, and lip lift under Additional Surgical Add-Ons section. Doc wants to put Chin augmentation at the bottom of the list. Please re-write section with Chin aug at end so entire section can be udpated by web dev.
Add lines about the two following Juvederm products to be added to the The Juvéderm® Collection of Fillers section:
"they have a product called Volux which is a thicker product for jawline contouring and sharpening, and a new product called skinvive which was just released and we are about to start using for increasing your skin’s hydration and smoothness while helping with fine lines, wrinkles and texture."
(Heads up, Doc may be requesting writing about other injectables) "Lastly, do we want the page to only talk about the juvederm products? I will talk to Jessica and see if she wants to add anything about other filler products to this page."
Re-write per, "In opening paragraph, I am not sure I would call Halo “gentle”, I would call it “reliable” or “dependable” and effective."
Under FAQ’s- not sure if price is right $1598? We also have different price points for Halo treatments depending on the intensity of the treatment- "Halo Light” is a less intense and cheaper option.
Under FAQ’s the Doc requests to please double-check price range. It's currently $450-$900 and the Doc says "it seems high."
(Either the doc didn't see that it was an "isn't" or he is refuting the statement. Either way, let's rewrite in the positive instead of negative for clarity)
Under FAQ’s the Doc requests to please double-check pricing.
"under ‘what to expect’, I’d remove sentence on anesthesia (or put somewhere else).
Third sentence in that paragraph (#2) I would change “different surgical ways” to different surgical approaches”.
I would then add the sentence about anesthesia to the last paragraph (#4) and remove the part about staying overnight. They are all done as outpatient surgical procedures.
Under ‘recovery’ I often don’t use a splint- only sometimes.
Postoperative discomfort and limitations on activities extends for the first 1-2 weeks.
We often use icing (ice packs) to help minimize swelling and discomfort.
FAQ’s I’m a board certified facial plastic surgeon (not plastic surgeon).
Under ‘dermal fillers vs micro-coring’ “Dermal fillers are used to address volume loss including shadows, hollow areas, deep lines and creases, and flattened contours. Conversely, micro-coring gets to the bottom of the problem of loose skin which produces folds, jowls, fine lines and saggy/hanging skin.”
Under ‘downtime and aftercare’ "Micro-coring does have downtime of 3-7 days depending on the depth of the treatment. The deeper the treatment, the better the results, with a little more recovery time expected. Resting and staying at home for about a week or so…”
FAQ #2, “There is generally minimal discomfort during the procedure after injection of local anesthetic to the treatment area. There is usually no discomfort after the procedure.”
Facelift- Please re-write the sentence in the second paragraph “people who live in and around the area..” I have facelift patients from California and Arizona to Cape Cod and Florida, and perform the procedure on many people from surrounding states and the mountains of Colorado. I think we can cast a wider net with that sentence. *DONE*
