You are correct that the format to be used is the one we agreed upon in that task you mentioned. 
I am sure when the task was added, they did not mean for you to actually use the (123)456-7890 format. 
Unless you are instructed otherwise, please keep using the one on Campfire - Medstar Team task.

#1 Menu is missing on the homepage.

#2 Team members photo is missing.



#3 Spacing and font size in the gravity form title is not consistent on the pages.


#4 On internal pages the menu is not looking good.



#5 Testimonial boxes are not aligned. Ignore if it's part of the design.
#6 Big white spaces appearing b/w sections on all pages.

#4 I just checked again and it seems the issue is only appearing on the firefox browser.

#5 Looks good on my end as well now.

#6 I just checked and yes you are correct. The theme has big padding added to all sections by default. To override we can either use custom CSS or we can set padding to 0 in the elementor.
