We need to begin migrating this client's UA Google analytics account to the new GA4.
Please begin working on this when you get a chance.
Thank you.
Saw that I had already created a new GA4 for them.
UA-84853953-1 now connected to G-VGFLN5YQYJ
Stream Name
I am seeing a 2nd GA4 on this site - G-939Y3BEZ5K - I have no record of that GA anywhere. Not sure how it got on the site.
It is causing data collection issues for me. Can you please remove it?
<!-- Global site tag (gtag.js) - Google Analytics -->
<script async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-84853953-1"></script>
<script>
window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
gtag('js', new Date());
gtag('config', 'UA-84853953-1');
</script>
Thanks for checking on this. I am wondering if maybe this may be a G4 which belongs to the client themselves?
I was able to get the data collection flowing now so we can leave that other GA alone until I find out whom it belongs to.
Thanks
Yes. That could be the case. I don't recall setting up G4 for this client on my end.
Yes, that is most likely the case. I am seeing some clients who have at least 4 UAs accounts. Spitale Laser for instance, has 5 which made it a mess for me.
Thanks for following up.
