These people finally contacted me on 8/5/19 via a phone call at 11:48 AM and then an email at 11:58 AM. However, no text messages were ever sent to me by anyone. Nor was there been any more follow up calls or emails sent to the lead since then. 

To make things simple for client and us. In bold on top put something like 

Lead Response Call Back Time: 90 minutes or 2 days - do minutes up until 90 then do hours and day
Lead Response Time Text: 
Lead response time email. Make it real simple. Thx man
