We inputted a lead, & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt. 

We did not receive any text messages from you. We would love to set up automatic texts for you to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults. 

The person on the phone was friendly. However, she didn’t state the name of the spa or show any enthusiasm or excitement towards the procedure or the spa. When asked about pricing, she did not answer in a recommended way. We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

It is vital to convert leads into sales. America is the land of instant gratification. If leads are not followed up with text messages & questions are not answered correctly, potential patients will look into another spa.
