In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - Center for Medical Aesthetics 488-848-4458. The verification process needs to be completed by September 22nd. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization.  

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 

An ID to verify it’s really you 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or you can send them to me so I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Vania & I so we can help you take care of it.

The letter should be fine for the first part. However, we still need a photo ID - Front and back - 

of you or the person in charge of the business. ** See sample below of how the photo should b. 

Once you send over the ID, I can take care of this for you.

Thank you for sending over all of the documents and information I needed to get this started for you.

I went ahead and made some changes on the account to match the documents. 

I have now submitted them for the Google ads team to review. 

They will let us know in a few days how it goes.

I followed up on the Google ads verification of your account. Unfortunately, it did not go through. 

It appears that the document you provided - IRS Letter - is too old or outdated. It is from September 2011. 

We are going to need a more recent document to provide to them in order to get the account verified. 

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Received updated IRS letter from Sandy and went ahead and submitted it to Google ads for verification. We will need to wait a few days to see if this one goes through. 

 Center For Medical Aesthetics Google ads account has now been verified.
