Can we use our own image for how it works. I think the ones we are using currently, look bad because the text does not align.

Melissa - Are you able to send all three steps graphics separately (same size)? That way we wouldn't have to upload separate images for mobile and desktop version. This will help in keeping the page load time fast.

I was reading it's better to do one longer image than separate ones but that may just apply to the before and afters.

I was reading it's better to do one longer image than separate ones  - You read it right. But it varies from case to case. In our case if we use separate image for all three steps "Elementor" would automatically arrange them in vertical stacks. That's why we don't need a separate image with the steps arranged in vertical stacks.
