Besides the example page (I'm guessing it's https://cliffsideskinandlaser.com/laser-tattoo-removal/) I don't have a lot to go off of for 'blue icon q switched laser tattoo removal'. I've looked online and haven't found much.

Let me know! If you don't have any resources for me, I'll keep searching and just use what I can find for this service page.
