Hi Hector,

So I made a ton of comments on the service page. Usually I am not this critical but you are a good writer and I am hoping to train you to write more for us.

A few things: Try to keep word count closer to the minumum.

Try to use synonyms or other descriptions for the keyword so we avoid the appearance of keyword stuffing (which is really easy to do when writing for a product or service.

I like how you make sentences shorter than I do. It is better for SEo. But I am afraid that it can sometimes convulate the content and add a lot more words than if the two ideas where put together in one sentence. So if you can break sentences into two without having to add a ton more words to set up the second sentence, great.
Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Lastly, I really want to the content to flow. This has been a personal challenge of mine. Outlines help me but I know that every writer is different. But try to group sentences on the same topic together in the paragraph. I tried to provide a few examples on the document.

Could you go a head and look over the document and see if you can find any areas for improvement. Go a head and apply the comments if you agree with them. If there is anything you really disagree with please state your case (you are teaching me a lot and I love your opinion.)

Also, take a look at that shared doc I sent you a while back on SEO and writing articles/service pages.

Make sure you are on the clock when editing your Botox doc.

Thanks for all your hard work

Hey Melissa, my apologies this page was not up to par for you.
I went ahead and made some adjustments using the suggestions you mentioned.
I was trying to use LSI and long tail keywords in some sentences.
Also, on word count. The document sample page you sent me was 1100 words or so. Since I broke down the sentences for SEO purposes, it was a bit longer. In any case,  I will try to keep that in mind though for future articles.

Don't say it wasn't up to par. There is a huge learning curve to this stuff. I wish it was like normal writing. That would be so much simpler. I wouldn't be giving all this feedback if I didn't want to continue using you. You are a great addition to our team, and I am glad you are writing for us.

Thank you Melissa.
I appreciate the work, feedback and support.

Hey Melissa Zelig, Medstar Melissa
Did you ever use this service page? If so, may I see your final draft?
If not, is there anything else I can do so you can use it?
BTW, I was doing some of my own research on Coolsculpting and Botox content and I found some interesting things.

I found Several pages ranked in first page even though they used sentences such as "destruction of fat cells" and "the fat cells are completely removed."
2. Many of these pages were simple, without any asterisks and other regulations. (Are those you implement only for service pages?)
3. We can focus on other search engines as well, not just Google.
4. I want to try focusing on LONG TAIL KEYWORDS for targeting leads to clients. (I mentioned this to Chris, but he is too busy and we never got around to it). BTW, this would be great for low budget clients or those in areas that do not have that much competition.

I have a proposition for you. Perhaps we can try some variations of the content and test which one ranks better on Blogs. Allow me to write an article on something using some of my methods to see how well it ranks. What do you think?

Hope I am not overstepping my bounds by making these suggestions.
Thanks and look forward to your input on this.

Awesome, go nuts.

Google ads has shut down ads on a few of our clients for not having the astericks and using prohibited language on the CS page.

Do you have specific ideas/KW about what to write about so we can coordinate our efforts
Melissa Zelig, Medstar
yes. I used the botox page. Should be up on site.

Great, I wanted to make sure that you got your money's worth from my work out of that Botox page.
I can come up with some ideas. I would have to have access to the Webmaster's page of a particular client so I can see some of the keywords.
Also, you would need to let me know what KW we want the particular client to try and rank for or be found by.
Shoot me a list of topics you need and I can come up with some blog post. In them, I can add Long tail KW disguised as the content or interlaced....
