I added you as a manager on CoolSculpting Treatment Center's FB page. When you get a chance (no rush) could you go and post the articles that have not been posted yet to FB? Links pasted below.  You can just use the article's meta description as the FB description for each  post.

Also could you fill out CTC's facebook page in any places you notice. I am attaching the google business description that can be used for FB.
