Spoke with Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris about this yesterday. I've checked conversion tracking several times. Here are the significant issues we have: 
  1. This client is in COLORADO. They are outside Denver, in a remote area. (see screenshot) - if we go any further in radius, we will hit Denver, which is already the market we struggle with the most. 
  2. There is almost NO SEARCH VOLUME for any of the services they advertise (see screenshot).
  3. They are running on a $1k budget ($43 daily) with an average CPC of $17.84. This only allows for 2-3 clicks/day.
