In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -Contour Body Aesthetics 673-967-4811. The verification process needs to be started by January 28th, 2024. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. Unfortunately, I am not able to take care of the 2nd part for you since we do not have sufficient permissions.

The only way for me to do this for you is if you initiate the process first. I can then take over from there. You can also follow this link. Please note that you would need to be logged into the Rana Mays at    info@contourbodyspa.comGmail for the link to work. 

Please start the 2nd verification process yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the rest of the verification for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Nicol & I so we can help you take care of it. 
 

Google uses this information for verification, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We may ask you for additional info, if necessary. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so I can help you take care of it.

 Spoke to Melanie several times. She says that she submitted the documents for review. However, I am not seeing that on my end. It may be a glitch. Spoke to her again now and I advised her that we need to wait a few days to see if it shows that they are in fact, reviewing it. 

So it turns out that this client cannot verify the account since it is set up as an INDIVIDUAL. It needs to be changed to organization to match the documents they submitted. 
I held Zoom meetings with Graham and we have now filed a request with Google ads support

Hi Melanie, 

I am seeing that finally, after all of our work, we got the Google ads account changed to Organization. 

I just finished verifying the first part of the new organization account. However, I now need to verify the business part. 

Can you please send me the letter you or Graham showed me during our Zoom meeting?

Also, I need a copy of  the ID I am going to use. Both front and back, all 4 corners showing.

Thanks for sending over the documents. I went ahead and made the appropriate changes to the account to match that of the document you sent. I submitted them to Google ads for review and it should be done in a day or two. I will let you know how it goes. 

I have also paused your Google ads since Paige said you wanted to stop them for now. 

I did it now because I see that you do not have a payment method on file. I did not want you to accumulate any charges without one.
