Contour sent this over. It's an email they got from co-op. I'm pretty sure the items they are referring to only pertained to older ad sets, and since then, we've updated the copy throughout but can we double check that their offer is listed as "50% off 8 treatments or more" throughout the coolsculpting ads?

Please see the following items below:

In the Google ads, there were some ads that mentioned the offer "Save up to $1,300" -- please note that per the most recent MAP policy, advertising specific dollars off per treatment is no longer compliant.

In the Google ads, there were some ads that mentioned the offer "Save up to 50%" -- please note that per the most recent MAP policy, offering 50% off CoolSculpting must have the minimum treatment package of 8+ treatments stated in the same advertisement.

In one of the Facebook sponsored ads, there was a mention of free Botox and Dermal Filler treatments -- please note that you cannot advertise any other services other than CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting Elite, and/or CoolTone.
