I saw on their spreadsheet that we have access to WP under support. I believe Vania also mentioned that we did. However, I was not privy to that email when they sent the invitation. 
Vania, can you please verify and provide login information for this client's site?

we looked at the email in the support@ inbox during CAG. I can accept it on our behalf if it still hasnt been accepted. Isaac  what are the usual steps for this part?

I have now created an admin account and have now also added the above GTM code on the website.

Hector  - It was there on the website but wasn't running due to a JS conflict with another plugin newer version.

Okay, I kind of figured that. Thanks for letting me know and taking care of this Isaac.
