hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  ! I saw an issue with this client's HL acct today. I wasn't able to move any leads into the other stages/columns of the pipeline. I tried to manually drag and drop and to use the drop-down menu when you open the client tile for options. Can you check it out?

Vania J, Medstar Vania - I just tried to do it on my end and was able to move the leads to any stage in the pipeline successfully. It seems temporary GHL issue. Please try again on your end and let me know if you still the same issue on your end.

Also while trying to do it on your end. Are you using client's own user account or our agency account?

both actually. I logged in to the mobile app as them. I even waited until an hour laterr to try again before bothering you. must have been a temporary glitch *shrug* it's fine now.
