✔ menu/main nav bar missing on mobile version

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac hi! On the mobile version of their website it seems like the menu is missing. It's almost impossible to navigate the site. I'd like to still have the two phone numbers clickable to call but the other two options we dont need on the mobile version. And like I mentioned, the menu is missing?
Random question...Can we fix this for them please? Whitney approved a few hours of web dev time for them to fix this. How long would it take?
