Whitney, I sent them an email and CC you on it. But I am seeing that very seldom, do Dr. Mattingly and Monse respond to the emails. I also reached out to them and called them directly. However, they were not at the office yet so I left a message with their rep.

Good morning Vania.
Wait a minute, so Monse is a she? I thought it was a guy. 
In any event, they responded when Whitney added them to the email. They also sent me over a new CC. However, we did not have sufficient permissions to update new CC so I let them know. 
I just checked now and they have fixed the issue.
