I am the treating physician for Cool Aesthetics in Oklahoma City and am responding to the email you sent to Dr. Lance Howard.  I will address the questions as you posed them.
 
  1. Our area should include Edmond, Oklahoma City, Yukon, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Stillwater, and Shawnee to begin.
  2. I am a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon (not “cosmetic” surgeon, “ENT/ Facial Plastics”, or “Oculoplastic”).  This separates me from other competition as having performed a training program which is recognized by the NBME.  This means that the certification was officially recreated by a Federal Government Medical Office and not by an affiliation of doctors coming together and creating a title for themselves.  Further information can be obtained by visiting the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
 
We are very proud of our facility and occupy a free standing building within a developed complex.  We offer a full range of spa services from laser hair removal to neuromodulators and fillers.  I also provide a full range of plastic surgical services.
 
  1. Our cool sculpt has all of the most recent applicators.  We do not offer dual sculpting as yet because we want to begin generating revenue prior to expanding.  We have purchased, but have not received, the Cool Tone device.
  2. We are happy to offer 25% discount for first time patients ( or a free cycle with purchase).  The marketing ideas are not my expertise but I am willing to participate in any offer that will increase revenue.  We do have several options for financing.  Currently, Care Credit and Med Loans are the most used but we have been exploring additional opportunities.
  3. Fear no Mirror sounds great but whatever creative tagline is suggested I would be willing to pursue.
  4. Pricing in our market are retailed at $800/cycle but patient are usually offered a price of $600/cycle.  The exception is for the CA+ applicator which is $1200 and $800 respectively.

1) We definitely want to include oklahoma city, edmond, moore, norman, yukon, mustang, midwest city, del city.  I guess it will depend on if there is a price difference, and how much that will be, as honestly Oklahoma pulls from rural areas as well on services like these (rural wealthy farmers, oil guys etc) as well as the heavily populated areas.  (Ie I can add MANY more areas to that list, $ permitting).
