I was afraid you were going to say that.
I have no idea what is going on since I seemed to have verified that account on 12-20-19. 
I tried searching for the original email chain where they provide us with the assets, but I could not find it. 
BTW, we requested a postcard from Google about their GMB verification but I have not heard back from them. * I sent Dr. Howard an email about it on the 11th.

Old password was created by me.

Whom ever changed it, did not update the spreadsheet. Unless it was the client and we now do not have access.

That may be a problem since I changed my 917-775-8512 phone number. I no longer have that one which is what I used as a recovery one for this account.

I am trying to get it fixed. I am in a chat with Google support now.

I spent about 30 minutes with them via Chat and they could not help me. They sent me to a link with only FAQs. I could not and cannot find a way to contact GOOGLE Mail. Do you know one since you got in contact with them last time for another client? 

I need - or we need to update the Payment form or payers on this account.

I thought Whitney was asking about the Godaddy or WPengine 
login credentials.
In any case, if that is all you needed for now, then we are good. 

Hector - Just tried the credentials on GoDaddy and they are working. Just need verification code to get in.

We don't have any user account on the website with the username: CoolAesthetics

Please ask client to provide us with delegate access.

The ones on the client's spreadsheet are not valid. Someone changed them and they are not working.
Please provide them so I can try to take care of this for you.

I think WP is more difficult and you do that so never underestimate yourself Whitney.
Having said that, maybe he is mistaken or perhaps you had someone else do it?
In any case, we cannot log in. Yesterday I got the message that we had to wait 23 hours to get in... But I am seeing that message again today.

And those are NOT the ones there. They are also not on the client's spreadsheet.

I just tried the credentials Isaac gave me above and they worked. We are good to go.
